Pomodoro technique: one of the tools of time management

Organize and manage your time in order to get the most out of every moment and ensure that you stay on top of things following these steps:
Take one hour every Saturday evening to prioritize and plan your week regarding work, house work, sports, social life, meditation, self development, and any aspect you want to add.
-
Use the first 15 minutes of each day to prioritize what you need to get done for the day.
-
Use the Pomodoro technique with tasks that need focus, to monitor and be aware of where time goes:
-
Decide on the task you want to do
-
Set a timer for 25 min
-
Work on the task until the timer rings
-
Take a 5 minute break
-
After 4 cycles take a 15 - 30 minutes break
-
Check the tasks off your list
-
Note: by using pomodoro technique, you can break down complex projects or group together simple tasks
-
-
Take 15 minutes at the end of each day to review and reflect on what you've accomplished
